US congress approves final healthcare changes

Summary
The US congress approved a package of final changes about healthcare overhaul by the president Obama on Thursday.This policy would make insurance more affordable,raise taxes on the wealth and close a gap for prescription drug coverage for the elderly.The vote has been a legisative fight,but Obama set a positive attitude to the fight.He don't believe the American people are going to put the insurance industry back in the driver's seat.The merit of this change is the overhaul of the $2.5 trillion healthcare system is the most dramatic change in health policy in four decades.
